Which payment methods can I use?
The payment choices currently available for your order will be displayed during checkout. Because availability can vary, the checkout page should be treated as the current source of truth.
Why was my payment declined?
First check that your payment and billing details were entered correctly. If the information appears correct and the payment is still declined, contact your card issuer or payment provider, as they can provide more information about the decline.
Why do I see a pending charge after an unsuccessful attempt?
Some financial institutions may temporarily display an authorization after a payment attempt. A pending authorization is not necessarily a completed Grainova order. Your bank or payment provider determines when a temporary authorization is released.
How do I know my order was successfully placed?
Complete checkout only once and review the confirmation shown after submission. Keep your order confirmation information for reference if you later contact Grainova about the purchase.
Can Grainova change the payment method after I submit an order?
If you have a payment-related question after placing an order, contact Grainova with your order details. Do not send full card numbers or other sensitive payment credentials by email.
What should I do if I need payment support?
Contact Grainova through the store contact page or email info@grainova.lat with your order reference and a short description of the issue. Please avoid including complete payment card details in your message.
